Night Silence - Fire Cover from 22:30 to 06:00
Anyone arriving or re-entering the B&B after 22:30 is asked to keep quiet and respect the silence, you are in a home.
Breakfast is offered from 07:00 to 09:30
You must communicate your preference in the evening!
We do not give kitchen use to our guests, as provided
by Bed and Breakfast regulations!
The reservation is considered confirmed only after
receipt of payment!

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellations
Our Cancellation conditions are diversified to
meet your different needs.
- A " No Show ", meaning you do not turn up and give no prior notice, is very unwelcome and you will not be entitled to a refund of your booking!
- Following a No Show, you will need to rebook, subject to availability, which must be arranged and will, in any case, incur a 10% fee on the previous booking. If you have notified us, we will expect you well after the check-in time.
- Guests staying for several days are required to notify us, within 24 hours of a No Show, of their new check-in details, with no change to their check-out date and time, as per the original booking, otherwise their booking shall be deemed cancelled subject to the terms of a No Show.
- For all bookings, the dates of your stay can always be changed prior to check-in, where available. Contact us for specific travel or business requirements!

- Virtual payments by credit card after your documents have been verified
- Bank Transfer;
- For extended periods, it is possible to arrange scheduled payments at the time of booking and/or check-in, as long as these payments are made by bank transfer or credit card and you pay an appropriate deposit (at least 10% of the stay you have booked).
- We guarantee the continuation of your stay without having to check out and we avoid overbooking only of the periods agreed at the time of booking, or extended periods if there is still availability.
- We are in partnership with My World for any B2B agreements.
- Rates will be set depending on your needs, the services required and the length of your stay.
